The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division charged Joshua Alexander De Leon, 31, following an investigation requested by the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office.
The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division charged a Spartanburg County man with two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor – 3rd Degree, according to SLED.
Joshua Alexander De Leon, 31, was charged Thursday, according to SLED. The Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office had requested the SLED investigation.
De Leon was booked into the Spartanburg County Detention Center, according to SLED.
The South Carolina Attorney General’s Office will prosecute the case, according to SLED.
