CHESTERFIELD, S.C. — The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division charged two former Chesterfield County Sheriff’s deputies with misconduct in office on Monday, according to SLED.
Michael Allen Irvin, 52, and Larry Todd Tucker Jr., 40, face the charge, according to SLED. Details of the allegations are contained in warrants issued in the case, according to SLED.
The Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office requested the SLED investigation, according to SLED.
Irvin and Tucker were booked into the Chesterfield County Detention Center, according to SLED.
The South Carolina Attorney General’s Office will prosecute the case, according to SLED.
