COLUMBIA, S.C. — Trison Wells, a contract manufacturing company, is expanding its operations in Colleton County, according to the Office of the Governor.
The company’s $3.37 million investment will create 30 new jobs, according to the governor’s office.
Trison Wells manufactures private-label cleaning products for laundry, household, personal, pet and car care, according to the governor’s office. As part of the expansion, the company will add a liquid-fill production line to its existing facility at 1756 Industrial Road in Walterboro, according to the release, significantly increasing its annual production capacity.
Operations are already online, according to the governor’s office.
“We are very excited and proud of this manufacturing expansion to our Walterboro facility, bringing manufacturing jobs to the region and supporting the U.S. consumer goods market. With the local talent and the support of Colleton County through the economic alliance, we will make this project a success,” said Trison Wells General Manager Jonathan Johnson.
