LEXINGTON, S.C. — The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division charged Kenneth Chad Edmonds, 38, of Lexington County, with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor – First Degree on Friday, Aug. 14, 2026, according to SLED.
The Lexington County Sheriff’s Department requested the SLED investigation, according to SLED.
Edmonds was booked into the Lexington County Detention Center, according to SLED.
The case will be prosecuted by the 11th Circuit Solicitor’s Office, according to SLED.
