SLED Charges Georgia Woman with First-Degree Assault and Battery

A 51-year-old Georgia woman was extradited and booked into the Spartanburg County Detention Center on a first-degree assault and battery charge, according to SLED.

Based on a release from S.C. Law Enforcement Division (SLED).

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division charged Lori Angelique Paterson, 51, with Assault & Battery First Degree on Thursday, according to SLED.

Paterson was extradited from Georgia and booked into the Spartanburg County Detention Center, SLED said.

Additional details are contained in the arrest warrant, according to SLED.

The case will be prosecuted by the 7th Circuit Solicitor’s Office, SLED said.
