The S.C. Law Enforcement Division charged a former Cowpens police officer with breach of trust with fraudulent intent following a request from the Cowpens Police Department.

COWPENS, S.C. — The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division charged Randy Lee Moss Jr., 26, with breach of trust with fraudulent intent, value $2,000 or less, on Thursday, according to SLED.
The Cowpens Police Department requested the SLED investigation, according to SLED.
Moss was booked into the Spartanburg County Detention Center, according to SLED.
The case will be prosecuted by the 7th Circuit Solicitor’s Office, according to SLED.
