COLUMBIA, S.C. — The Trauma Advisory Council will meet Thursday, July 23, at 1 p.m. at the State of South Carolina Health Campus, Conference Room B228, 400 Otarre Parkway, Cayce, according to the S.C. Department of Public Health.
