A 37-year-old man faces multiple charges including unlawful sale of alcoholic liquors following a joint investigation by SLED and the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office.

DARLINGTON, S.C. — The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division charged Andre Lamont McBride, 37, of Sumter County, with alcohol-related violations on Sunday, according to SLED.
McBride was charged with unlawful sale of alcoholic liquors, first offense; failure to secure a required beer or wine sales permit, first offense; and operating a place of amusement without a license, according to SLED.
The investigation was a joint operation by SLED and the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office, according to SLED.
McBride was booked into the Darlington County Detention Center, according to SLED.
The case will be prosecuted by the 4th Circuit Solicitor’s Office, according to SLED.
