SLED charged Jessica V. Crum with counterfeit game ticket fraud following a request from the South Carolina Education Lottery.

COLUMBIA, S.C. — The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division charged Jessica V. Crum, 38, of Lexington County, with five counts of Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets, according to SLED.
SLED charged Crum with one count in Richland County on Saturday, July 11, 2026. She was booked into the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center in Richland County, according to SLED.
SLED then charged Crum with four additional counts in Lexington County on Sunday, July 12, 2026. She was transported from the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center to the Lexington County Detention Center, where she was booked, according to SLED.
The South Carolina Education Lottery requested the SLED investigation, according to the agency.
The case will be prosecuted by the 5th and 11th Circuit Solicitor’s Office, according to SLED.
