The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division charged a 37-year-old Beaufort County woman with fraud-related offenses tied to lottery game tickets, according to SLED.

BEAUFORT, S.C. — The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division charged Rosa Calderon Vega, 37, with Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets and Attempt to Influence Game by Coercion, Tampering or Deception, according to SLED.
The charges were filed Thursday, July 30, 2026, according to SLED.
The South Carolina Education Lottery requested the SLED investigation, according to SLED.
Vega was booked into the Beaufort County Detention Center, according to SLED.
The case will be prosecuted by the 14th Circuit Solicitor’s Office, according to SLED.
