A 36-year-old man faces three counts of intent to defraud with counterfeit game tickets following a SLED investigation requested by the state lottery.
The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division charged Antonio Levon Ricardo Stewart, 36, of Horry County, with three counts of intent to defraud involving counterfeit game tickets, according to SLED.
Stewart was charged Tuesday, according to SLED.
The South Carolina Education Lottery requested the investigation that led to the charges, according to SLED.
Stewart was booked into the Florence County Detention Center, according to SLED.
The 12th Circuit Solicitor’s Office will prosecute the case, according to SLED.
