A 20-year-old woman faces a fraud charge tied to counterfeit lottery tickets following an investigation requested by the South Carolina Education Lottery.

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division charged Aanyree Nicqweisha Khyasia Sapp, 20, with Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets on Thursday, July 23, 2026, according to SLED.
The investigation was requested by the South Carolina Education Lottery, SLED said. Additional details are contained in the arrest warrant, according to SLED.
Sapp was booked into the Bamberg County Detention Center, according to SLED.
The case will be prosecuted by the 2nd Circuit Solicitor’s Office, SLED said.
