State agents charged a 47-year-old Greenville County man with faking lottery tickets after the state lottery office asked for an investigation.
GREENVILLE, S.C. — The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division charged John Franklin Koon Jr., 47, with intent to defraud using counterfeit game tickets, according to SLED.
The charge was filed Wednesday, according to SLED.
The South Carolina Education Lottery asked SLED to investigate the case, according to SLED.
Koon was booked into the Greenville County Detention Center, according to SLED.
The 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office will prosecute the case, according to SLED.
