A 23-year-old Michigan woman faces three counts of intent to defraud with counterfeit game tickets following a SLED investigation requested by the South Carolina Education Lottery.
COLUMBIA, S.C. — The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division has charged Keaysha Sincere Warren, 23, of Michigan, with three counts of Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets, according to SLED.
Warren was booked Monday, Aug. 31, 2026, into the Orangeburg-Calhoun Regional Detention Center on one count. She was later transported to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center in Richland County, where she was booked on two additional counts, according to SLED.
The South Carolina Education Lottery requested the SLED investigation, according to the agency.
The case will be prosecuted by the 1st and 5th Circuit Solicitor’s Office, according to SLED.
